• Experience designing and scaling patient access programs across launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and operations of patient support services, including hub and affordability programs.
• Build and improve a scalable, patient-centric service model in a evolving payer landscape.
• Mentor and develop patient access teams to ensure compliance and high performance.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive operating metrics; provide strategic insights to Product Squad.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting with SOPs, audits, and quality controls.
