Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Senior Director of Patient Support Services for the LYNKUET brand in Whippany, NJ. The role focuses on defining the vision, design, and management of comprehensive patient support programs to improve access and adherence across the Bayer portfolio, working with Market Access, Commercial, Finance, and Compliance teams.

The Senior Director will ensure patient-centric hub operations, vendor management, and compliant program design, while driving innovations to minimize barriers

Qualifications

• Experience leading patient support programs across pharma portfolios.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PDMA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, implementation, and operations of patient support services for LYNKUET including hub services and copay assistance.
• Design and manage a scalable, patient-centric service model for complex payer environments.
• Mentor and develop internal and external patient access teams and oversee vendor relationships.
