Qualifications

  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, 7 years in pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong cross-functional and trans-national collaboration.
  • Knowledge of government pricing principles: IRA, AMP, ASP, Best Price, 340B, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional access teams and develop launch and lifecycle market access strategies.
  • Advise on market access, pricing, and reimbursement including payer strategies and contracting.
  • Collaborate with Government Affairs and Government Pricing to shape policy and portfolio strategy.
  • Forecast impact on access and pricing and support business cases with analytics and finance.
