Job summary
Pfizer in New York is seeking a senior leader to develop patient services strategy across the entire patient journey in Specialty Care. You will design programs, manage affordability, hub operations, and partnerships to improve access and outcomes.
You will collaborate with Brand, Medical, and Commercial teams to translate insights into scalable patient support solutions, while monitoring industry trends and optimizing program performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a master's with 7+ years; OR a PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 8+ years of experience in biopharma patient services strategy or related fields.
- Strong strategic planning mindset and financial acumen.
- Expertise in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and design of patient services across the journey.
- Lead patient support programs, affordability, and hub services.
- Monitor external landscape to identify trends and opportunities.
- Drive performance management and optimization of patient programs.
