Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in project management.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's preferred; field experience considered.
• Experience improving patient access workflows and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist developing and operationalizing patient access strategy and goals; execute them.
• Facilitate Access Steering Committee meetings and coordinate tasks.
• Report metrics to key stakeholders.
• Develop systems standardizing patient access processes with admin staff.
• Serve as resource for Guthrie Medical Group operations leaders.
• Analyze and improve workflows with data support.
• Recommend improvements to the physical plan for workflow/satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle on system integration.
• Possibly oversee departments as assigned by SVP COO Guthrie Medical Group.
• Perform other duties; translate goals into staff direction and prioritize resources.
• Translate organizational goals into clear direction and priorities.
