Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in health care administration, business administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize patient access strategy and goals; ensure execution and achievement.
• Facilitate all aspects of the Access Steering Committee; coordinate meetings and tasks.
• Provide metrics reporting to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to standardize patient access workflows.
• Serve as a resource for Guthrie Medical Group operational leaders.
• Analyze workflows and implement changes to improve efficiency with data support.
• Recommend improvements to physical plans to boost flow and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle leadership for alignment and system integration.
• Possible direct operational responsibility for departments as assigned by SVP COO Guthrie Medical Group.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Translate organizational goals into clear direction and resource prioritization.
