Darkroom is seeking a Senior Director, Paid Social to lead the strategic direction and performance of the Paid Social practice. You will manage a team of directors, managers, and specialists, aligning with CMOs and founders to drive revenue and margins across the client portfolio.

You will report to the Managing Director of Paid Media, shape service offerings, and own the practice’s growth, hiring, and measurement framework.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of paid media advertising experience, with 8+ years specializing in Paid Social and Meta.
• 5+ years leading paid social teams, including 3+ years managing managers, in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
• Proven experience building or scaling a paid social practice or department, including org design and service delivery standards.
• Experience owning or directly influencing a practice or department P&L, including revenue, margin, utilization, and pricing.
• Track record of overseeing paid social portfolios at $10M+ in aggregate monthly spend, including accounts beyond $1M USD/month.
• Executive presence with CMOs, founders, and internal leadership; able to distill complex data into insights.
• Expert-level command of Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and emerging/social platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and performance of Darkroom’s Paid Social practice.
• Sit on the Paid Media leadership team and collaborate on OKRs, budgeting, and headcount.
• Own the practice’s commercial health including revenue, margin, retention, and growth.
• Shape the service offering, including scopes, pricing inputs, and new lines.
• Lead in new business efforts with the Growth team and client proposals; participate in final pitches.
• Build and grow a team of 10+ across roles with defined reporting lines.
• Develop leadership through coaching, succession planning, and growth paths.
• Own org design and hiring plans with Recruiting for leadership roles.
