Job summary

Darkroom is seeking a Senior Director, Paid Social to own the strategy, performance, and commercial health of the paid social practice. You will lead a team of 10+ across Associate Directors, Managers, and Specialists, and partner with Darkroom leadership on growth, margins, and service evolution.

You are a recognized expert in Meta direct response advertising, with a track record of scaling accounts beyond $1M USD per month, and partnering with CMOs and founders at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of paid media advertising experience.
• 8+ years specializing in Paid Social and Meta.
• 5+ years leading paid social teams, including managers.
• Experience managing portfolios with $10M+ monthly spend.
• Executive presence with CMOs, founders, and leadership.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year vision, strategy, and performance of the Paid Social practice.
• Lead a team of 10+ across roles and growth pathways.
• Own revenue, margin, client retention, and headcount planning.
• Shape service offerings, pricing inputs, and new lines.
• Partner with Growth, Analytics, and leadership for P&L and strategy.
• Build and scale paid social programs across platforms and verticals.
