Darkroom is seeking a Senior Director of Paid Social to own strategy, performance, and health of the practice. You will lead a team of Associate Directors, Paid Social Managers, and Specialists, and partner with other leaders to optimize outcomes across Darkroom’s client portfolio.

The ideal candidate is an expert in Meta direct response advertising, with a record of scaling ad accounts beyond $1M USD per month and building scalable organizations.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of paid media advertising experience, with at least 8+ years specializing in Paid Social and Meta.
• 5+ years leading paid social teams, including 3+ years managing managers, in a fast-paced agency or in-house setting.
• Proven experience building or scaling a paid social practice or department with org design, hiring, and service delivery standards.

Aufgaben

• Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and performance of Darkroom’s Paid Social practice across platforms and service lines.
• Sit on the Paid Media leadership team and partner on OKRs, budgeting, and headcount planning.
• Own the practice’s commercial health: revenue, margin, retention, growth, and team utilization.
• Shape the service offering with scopes, pricing inputs, and new lines as platforms evolve.
• Lead the practice in new business activities: pitches, audits, proposals, and final-round pitches.
• Build and grow a team of 10+ across Associate Directors, Managers, and Specialists.
• Develop leadership bench, coaching, and succession plans for leadership roles.
• Define org design and hiring plan in partnership with Recruiting.
