Job summary

WPP Media seeks a Director of Paid Social to lead day-to-day Paid Social operations and provide strategic direction within our digital group. You will manage career paths for staff and serve as the main client contact on assignments.

You will oversee strategy formulation, team leadership, and cross-agency coordination, driving innovative social plans across platforms and managing performance with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years planning/buying across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok).
• Significant client-facing and relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Formulate Paid Social strategy aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
• Lead Associates and Managers, guiding strategic social plans and team development.
• Coordinate with media partners and integrate with other agencies as needed.
• Provide strategic direction and monitor performance to optimize campaigns.
