Job summary

Lumen is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management, Outbound to translate strategy into market-ready offerings across network services and cloud connectivity. Lead outbound motion, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, and shape the portfolio for enterprise and wholesale markets.

You will own the outbound strategy, define value propositions, and drive launch frameworks and GTM execution with cross-functional leadership. This is a remote opportunity across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, product marketing, or GTM leadership.
• Proven success launching and scaling complex B2B tech products.
• Strong experience partnering with Sales on commercialization and enablement.
• Ability to influence executives through data, judgment, and storytelling.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute with immediacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with operators, sellers, and executives.
• Highly analytical with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Comfortable operating amid ambiguity while driving clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outbound Product Strategy for assigned domains.
• Translate capabilities into clear value propositions and market-ready offers.
• Create launch frameworks with segments, pricing logic, packaging, and sales plays.
• Drive Go-to-Market Execution with cross-functional launch teams.
• Develop strategic sales motions including executive selling scenarios and proof points.
• Shape the Product Roadmap from market insights and business cases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Partners to ensure viability.
