• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling complex technology products in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Strong experience working with Sales organizations on commercialization, enablement, and revenue acceleration.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outbound Product Strategy for assigned domains, from positioning through launch and lifecycle optimization.
• Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions, differentiated messaging, and market-ready offers.
• Create and maintain product launch frameworks, including target segments, pricing logic, packaging, sales plays, and success metrics.
• Drive Go-to-Market Execution with cross-functional launch teams, ensuring quality and discipline.
• Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to ensure readiness across training, tools, content, and field execution.
• Develop and sustain strategic sales motions, including executive selling scenarios, competitive strategy, and customer proof points.
• Shape the Product Roadmap from the Market Back by representing market insights and business cases.
