Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management, Outbound, to translate product strategy into market-ready offerings across network, cloud connectivity, and digital platform services. You will own the outbound motion, define value propositions, drive launches, and align Sales, Partners, and Customers for scalable growth.

This remote role spans the U.S. market and requires 10+ years in PM/GTMs with executive-level impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling complex technology products in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Strong experience working with Sales organizations on commercialization, enablement, and revenue acceleration.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders through data, judgment, and clear storytelling.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute with immediacy and carefulness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—equally effective with operators, sellers, and executives.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to turn insight into action.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outbound Product Strategy and lead branding, messaging, and lifecycle for defined domains.
• Drive Go-to-Market execution with multifunctional teams to launch new products quickly.
• Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to ensure readiness across training, tools, and content.
• Develop and sustain strategic sales motions including executive selling scenarios and proof points.
• Shape the product roadmap from market insights and develop business cases for investments.
• Manage short-term revenue opportunities while guiding long-term platform evolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Partners to ensure viability and success.
• Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and outcomes to executives and resolve launch impediments.
