Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Employee Relations and Workplace Effectiveness to lead efforts in fostering a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment across our clinical-stage biopharma focused on rare diseases. • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in HR supporting employee relations and investigations.
• Experience conducting complex workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. for investigations.
