For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Operations Technology to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This senior leader will define and drive the technology strategy supporting Operations, with a focus on modernizing legacy environments and enabling scalable, cloud-based capabilities. The role will partner closely with Operations leadership to translate business priorities into clear technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes. It will also help advance modern engineering practices across a complex, regulated environment while building an organization positioned for long-term execution and growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $171,000 – $265,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Experience managing large technology budgets and vendor relationships with financial stewardship.
• Strong executive communication skills, capable of simplifying complexity for diverse audiences.
