Job summary

Texas State University’s TXST One Stop seeks a Director to manage daily operations, oversee a team, and align service delivery with enrollment goals. You will drive KPI-focused performance and collaborate with home office heads to meet student needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong managerial and supervisory experience in higher education, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Managerial experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Higher education experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day One Stop operations.
• Develop, refine, and drive the meeting of key performance indicators.
• Regularly assess customer service and performance data to anticipate and address student needs.
• Collaborate with home office department heads to address student and parent needs.
• Develop and train direct reports to ensure their success.
• Assess direct reports and provide feedback to support student success.
