Responsibilities

• Counsel students and community members with enrollment services; manage inquiries via in person services, phone, chats, and email.
• Explain, educate, and inform students and families regarding financial aid, billing, and enrollment processes.
• Assist students with online registration, self-service options, and troubleshoot registration issues.
• Support students in meeting graduation goals and provide referrals to campus resources.
• Coordinate outreach to improve student enrollment, retention, and graduation; participate in cross-functional committees.
