Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years industry experience.
• 2+ years Oncology Network Accounts/IDNs or specialty GPO accounts.
• 2+ years Oncology Field Sales leadership in a matrix environment.
• 3+ years account management knowledge of oncology marketplace.
• Strong customer orientation and account management expertise.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate trends into access programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account level business plans for targeted GPO member accounts.
• Identify key contacts and understanding of stakeholders across accounts.
• Lead cross-functional activities and guide opportunities within oncology accounts.
• Gather insights on customer models, dynamics, and Takeda strategies.
• Assess regional and national oncology GPO clients and partnerships.
• Engage with customers to position Takeda as a preferred partner.
