The role emphasizes KPI oversight, financial modeling, and advanced analytics, with collaboration across IT and data engineering. A quantitative degree and 3–5 years in strategy or consulting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (engineering, mathematics/statistics, economics) from a top-tier institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy or Corporate Finance (or 2+ years in top-tier strategy consulting).
• Experience in Retail preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth and profit improvement opportunities with insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Serve as SME on KPIs such as sell-through, inventory turnover, margin, basket size, and customer lifetime value.
• Lead root cause analyses of shifts in performance and propose solutions.
• Conduct external research and provide competitive intelligence and insights.
• Mine corporate data related to customers, merchandising, and operations to support strategic questions.
• Develop business cases and pro forma analyses for strategic initiatives.
