Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or related discipline.
• 5–7+ years in sponsorship sales, marketing and business development with a National Governing Body or USOPC.
• Expert knowledge of the sports sponsorship landscape and an existing network of relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property team’s Olympic and National Governing Body sponsorship efforts.
• Drive new business sponsorship sales for a roster of NGB and Olympic clients.
• Leverage contacts to grow foundational partnerships ahead of LA 2028.
• Provide consultative rights strategies including IP, licensing, hospitality and activation.
• Lead client presentations in person and by phone with senior-level stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor business development staff and coordinate communications.
• Cross-sell across Pivot properties, brand, hospitality and other verticals.
• Own and grow a personal book of business from origination to close.
• Maintain executive-level communications and regular progress updates.
