Job summary

SPORTFIVE, a global sports marketing agency, seeks a Senior Director of Sports Marketing to lead client partnerships and cross-functional teams from New York. You will drive activation strategy, stakeholder education, and collaboration across markets and Olympic initiatives.

In this role, you will manage senior client relationships, deliver strategic recommendations, and mentor a distributed team while aligning with agency goals and long-term value creation for partners.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in sports marketing and agency-side client servicing.
• Experience leading teams in support of high-profile sports partnerships (Olympic/Paralympic preferred).
• Able to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and manage multiple client units.

Responsibilities

• Lead account leadership and day-to-day program support.
• Coordinate engagement across activating markets and global client teams.
• Develop and update partnership strategy, resources, and tools for stakeholders.
• Deliver executive-level strategy recommendations, education, and training materials.
• Oversee scope of work, track agreements, and create new project agreements.
• Support activation processes for Olympic/Paralympic rights with clients.
• Mentor and develop team members across locations.
