• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or senior-level sales leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee sales performance and operational standards across the organization.
• Collaborate with Presidents, VPs, and Sales Managers to achieve company sales objectives.
• Develop reporting dashboards and tools to track performance and drive improvements.
• Identify underperforming offices and implement corrective action plans.
• Oversee CRM utilization and ensure process compliance across locations.
