Lakeshore is seeking a Sr. Director, Planning & Forecasting to lead the Planning function within Lakeshore’s Supply Chain and guide our S&OP process end to end across demand, supply, inventory and revenue plans.

You’ll drive the executive decision-making on inventory investment and capacity, oversee a 20+ planning team, and advance SAP S/4HANA automation and AI forecasting tools to deliver faster, sharper planning.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations management
• 7+ years in a management role leading planning, inventory or buying teams
• Advanced working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Experience managing inventory across a multi-tier distribution network and multi-channel fulfillment

Aufgaben

• Lead the monthly S&OP process from item-level demand forecast through the executive S&OP meeting
• Coach and develop six direct reports and a team of 20+
• Oversee all import and domestic inventory buys within Open-to-Buy (OTB) limits
• Manage item-level inventory availability across two distribution centers and all retail stores
• Define and govern the inventory segmentation framework (ABC, velocity tiering, lifecycle-based)
• Drive cross-functional process improvements to lift KPIs
• Evolve planning capabilities in SAP S/4HANA with automation and AI forecasting tools
