The role requires 5–8+ years in demand planning, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong analytical skills; experience with Blue Yonder, o9, or Kinaxis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in planning systems; experience with Blue Yonder, o9, or Kinaxis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and continuously improve high-quality demand forecasts using historical data.
• Lead cross-category consolidation and enterprise analysis for planning.
• Provide forward-looking analysis to support enterprise decision-making and scenario planning.
• Lead and influence Integrated Business Planning demand consensus discussions.
• Translate commercial strategies and market dynamics into quantified demand impacts.
