Ladders is seeking a Director, Sales & Operations Planning to lead the S&OP strategy for the Healthcare space. You will shape governance, cadence and decision rights to align demand, supply and capacity across the organization.

This leadership role builds a scalable planning process for executive visibility and stronger operational execution, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve forecast alignment and drive enterprise-wide change. Remote within the US; $130k–$160k per year.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, S&OP/IBP, or related roles.
• 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or leading S&OP/IBP processes and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a comprehensive S&OP framework, including process design and decision rights.
• Lead the rollout and launch of S&OP across the organization, including pilot cycles and full-scale deployment.
• Build and own aggregate demand planning models, combining forecasts and market insights.
• Develop supply and capacity planning models that translate demand into feasible production plans.
• Facilitate the monthly executive S&OP meeting, presenting integrated views of demand and supply.
