The role focuses on cultivating major gifts and directing capital campaigns aligned with the organization's mission to empower individuals with barriers to employment. Responsibilities include strategic planning, donor stewardship, and coordinating with marketing.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or related field (Master’s and CFRE preferred).
• Proven track record of successful fundraising, including securing major gifts and managing donor portfolios.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven and analytical.
