Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is seeking a Director, Programs & Services to lead a diverse portfolio of community-based programs aimed at strengthening families and expanding access to essential resources. The role reports to the Community Impact & Investment leadership team and focuses on performance, quality, and sustainable impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in human services or related nonprofit environment.
• At least three years supervising managers or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience overseeing multiple programs, funding sources or service locations.
• Experience with budgets, grants, contracts and performance expectations.
• Experience helping individuals and families facing barriers to resources.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction for family support, youth, volunteer, housing, and childcare programs.
• Translate priorities into annual program plans and measurable outcomes.
• Develop integrated service delivery connecting clients to resources.
• Monitor program performance, dashboards and outcomes.
• Lead quality assurance, continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
• Recruit, supervise and develop program managers and staff.
• Ensure services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive and accessible.
