Job summary

The Goodwill Foundation is seeking an Individual Giving Director based in Indianapolis. This leadership role develops and executes a comprehensive donor strategy, cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of individual donors while driving engagement and sustainable philanthropic growth.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a donor portfolio for annual and major gifts.
• Identifies and engages new donor prospects to grow philanthropic pipeline.
• Leads Moves Management with executive leadership to maximize giving outcomes.
• Collaborates with data teams to ensure accurate donor records and reporting.
• Oversees donor relationship management in Salesforce and other systems.
• Plans donor events and cultivation experiences to strengthen engagement.
