Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Director, Performance for its Life Sciences Platform. The role builds the performance discipline across Life Sciences accounts, shaping governance and outcomes without direct people management.

You will align pursuit pricing, staffing, and delivery with a scalable performance model, while driving automation and cross-account consistency in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• Built or rebuilt a performance/measurement function, not just run one.
• Credible with account directors, MDs and clients due to lack of direct authority.
• Strong grounding in management fee mechanics and contract/margin.
• Comfortable influencing through standards rather than headcount.
• Willing to change how work is done rather than maintaining current model.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain scorecard architecture, KPI library and data quality across Life Sciences accounts.
• Lead the performance community; review new scorecards and ensure consistency across accounts.
• Engage with Sales Development and account leadership during pursuit to price and staff performance models.
• Carry performance through pursuit, transition, go-live and steady state.
• Maintain cross-account view of performance outcomes and external practice reference.
