Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Director, Performance for the Life Sciences Platform. The role focuses on building and owning the performance discipline across Life Sciences accounts, ensuring credible, commercially useful outcomes. It is a function-builder role with no direct reports, requiring influence and governance across multiple stakeholders.

The position is remote with travel up to 25% and will report to the Managing Directors/COO. Location includes Raleigh, NC, and other U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• Built or rebuilt a performance/measurement function.
• Credible with accounts, directors and clients.
• Strong grounding in management fee mechanics and contract margin.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the scorecard architecture, KPI library, data quality expectations and governance cadence.
• Convene the performance community and standardize scorecards across accounts.
• Work with Sales Development and account leadership on pursuit and solutioning so the model is priced and staffed before contract signing.
• Carry performance through pursuit, transition, go-live and steady state.
• Maintain cross-account view of outcomes and external market practice.
• Reduce administrative burden via technology to allow more analysis and client conversations.
• Be the escalation point for scorecard issues and client dissatisfaction.
• Develop the capability bar and career paths for performance across the vertical.
