Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks an Account Director to lead a Life Sciences IFM account and exceed client expectations. This executive role manages planning, delivery across sites, and strategic growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will oversee a national portfolio, align teams, and optimize performance against contractual and financial targets in a dynamic real estate services environment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with 10+ years of Integrated Facilities Management and Commercial Real Estate executive leadership experience.
• Experience leading IFM in Life Sciences or similarly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align IFM service delivery across all operational functions, ensuring a seamless, unified client experience and successful contract renewals.
• Drive account growth by articulating IFM value propositions and identifying opportunities to expand facilities management services within the portfolio.
• Establish outstanding relationships with key stakeholders and deliver world-class client service across multiple sites.
