Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Director to lead a Life Sciences IFM account, coordinating service delivery across multiple sites and aligning objectives with client goals. You will drive growth, oversee financial performance, and partner with Work Dynamics to deliver exceptional value to a premier life sciences portfolio.

The role requires 10+ years of integrated facilities management leadership, strong executive presence, and proven ability to manage multi-site accounts with complex regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of integrated facilities management and commercial real estate executive leadership.
• Extensive IFM leadership with complex, multi-site Life Sciences accounts.
• Experience driving growth through IFM service excellence and account expansion.
• Direct client relationship management with executive stakeholders in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by coordinating IFM delivery and ensuring seamless client experience.
• Develop and implement the account plan to renew contracts and grow the relationship.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities to expand facilities management services.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver world-class service.
• Serve as the single point of accountability across sites and ensure consistent delivery.
• Lead high-performing teams and ensure strategic account alignment.
