Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Senior Director passionate about leadership to oversee their therapy and ABA programs. This role involves providing strategic direction, ensuring compliance, and enhancing service quality at the site.

The ideal candidate should have substantial clinical experience, leadership expertise, and strong organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred, along with a current license in the therapy/ABA field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful broad clinical experience, preferred.
• Current license and certification for therapy/ABA related field.
• Ability to work with clients from birth to age 21 and families at risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the therapy and ABA programs.
• Oversee all aspects of site operations including compliance and budget.
• Lead daily team meetings for priority setting and support.
