Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Director of ABA Services to lead the ABA program, mentor BCBA and RBT staff, and align clinical and operational efforts with the company's mission. Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site mentoring to the ABA team, including BCBA(s), RBT(s), and Fieldwork Student(s).
• Mentor the ABA team and coordinate with the Senior Director to drive culture and retention initiatives.
• Complete ABA assessments for incoming clients to support growth and caseload development.
• Lead clinical oversight with site quality checks, including client programming and BCBA notes.
