Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Master’s Degree in a therapy/ABA-related field (preferred).
• Current license and certification for therapy/ABA related.
• 3+ years of broad clinical experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to therapy and ABA programs at the site.
• Lead daily huddles and reinforce Pediatrics Plus culture in decision-making.
• Oversee site operations, enrollment, and staff management.
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines and manage the site budget.
