Responsibilities

• Accounts for a division spanning multiple geographic markets
• Leads safety, training, and development of front-line workers
• Manages P&L, budgets, and inventory across the division
• Oversees facilities, fleet, and real estate for the division
• Coordinates with team, clients, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
• Drives recruitment and staffing to meet project needs
• Ensures adherence to company policies and safety standards
• Leads sales, proposals, and bidding processes for assigned projects
• Monitors quality control and customer experience surveys
• Maintains 5S standards for facilities and fleet
