Pritchard Industries is seeking an experienced multi-site Director of Operations to oversee our New Jersey and Pennsylvania operations, including commercial cleaning, landscaping, and snow removal. This hands-on role reports to the region VP and drives service commitments, staffing, training, and performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years progressive experience in multi-site commercial operations.
• Multi-site Commercial Janitorial, Snow & land Operations experience a MUST!
• A thorough working knowledge of the cleaning industry is also a MUST!
• Effective communication skills with building owners, senior management, clients, vendors, and staff.
• Strong business development experience, skills, and ideas.

Responsabilités

• Oversee long-term strategy and annual business plans to develop growth.
• Manage daily operations, budgets, and team personnel.
• Analyze costs related to cleaning services including labor and supplies.
• Meet regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify changing needs.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to identify issues.
• Allocate resources and maintain inventories of supplies.
• Recruit and train staff, and develop fresh staff.
• Support the sales process through operations analysis and proposals.
• Oversee inspections and quality control across facilities.
