Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking a strategic Director of Operations to oversee Upstate New York multi-site cleaning, landscaping and snow removal operations. The role ensures service commitments to clients are met, leads scheduling, training and performance management, and supports new unit openings and cost analyses.

The position requires day, night and weekend availability, with travel to meet with GMs and clients as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years progressive experience in multi-site commercial operations.
• Effective communication with owners, management, clients and staff.
• Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategy and annual business plans for growth.
• Oversee daily operations, budgets and team personnel.
• Manage expenses related to cleaning services including labor and supplies.
• Meet with clients regularly to ensure contract satisfaction and adapt to needs.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to identify issues.
• Allocate resources and manage inventories for multiple sites.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; support sales with operations input.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, standards and regulatory requirements.
