Page Executive seeks a Director of Manufacturing and Operations to lead five U.S. production sites, driving financial performance, operational excellence, safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 15–20+ years in engineering, operations, and manufacturing, multisite leadership, and a proven track record in CI, Lean, Six Sigma, and building a scalable manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• Multisite leadership and experience.
• CI/Lean/Six Sigma expertise and standardization.
• EHS, quality, and safety program ownership.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Proven ability to build a manufacturing organization and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize five production sites across the U.S. to achieve production efficiency and quality.
• Oversee safety, cost management, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and operating models to support growth and capacity expansion.
• Review financial performance and KPIs to meet budgeted operating profit and working capital targets.
• Mentor and develop leaders across operations and manufacturing teams.
