Page Executive is seeking a Director of Manufacturing and Operations to lead five U.S. production sites and drive financial performance, operational excellence, safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This newly created role supports rapid growth by implementing processes, structure, and systems to scale with demand. The successful candidate will have 15–20+ years in manufacturing and 7–10 years in senior operations leadership, multisite experience, and a proven track record in CI and Lean.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or operations.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• 15–20+ years in engineering, operations and manufacturing.
• 7–10 years of senior leadership in operations.
• Experience leading multisite manufacturing operations.
• Proven CI/Lean/Six Sigma and Kaizen experience.
• Strong budget, capital expenditure and financial acumen.
• Industrial manufacturing sector experience required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing structure aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee multi-plant operations for efficiency, quality and cost control.
• Establish and implement safety programs in line with policies.
• Manage budgeted operating profit and working capital.
• Improve KPI system with leading indicators.
• Develop next-generation capabilities and capacity plans.
• Ensure adherence to Operating Model across sites and corporate.
• Review monthly financial packs and adjust plans.
• Provide mentoring to employees.
