Job summary

Great Dane is seeking a Project Manager, Operations Transformation to lead multi-site manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on productivity and standardization. You will drive cross-functional projects that improve throughput, labor efficiency, and equipment performance across facilities.

Applicants should bring 8–12+ years in manufacturing operations, a related bachelor’s degree, and experience with plant-level initiatives. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 8–12+ years leading manufacturing operations or projects.
• Experience leading plant-level or multi-site initiatives.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects.
• Drive throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate execution across multiple locations.
• Develop standardized implementation plans and ensure execution alignment.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies and monitor milestones.
• Deliver measurable financial and operational improvements.
