Job summary

Pregis is seeking a high-impact Senior Director of Operations to lead operational excellence and plant performance across our Mailing Solutions unit. This hands-on role requires spotting inefficiencies, implementing data-driven improvements, and building a lean, accountable workforce.

You will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to align operations with business goals, drive KPIs, and champion Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive operations leadership experience in manufacturing, including previous multi-site leadership experience.
• Deep understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
