The Archdiocese of St. Louis seeks a Director of Organizational Operations to provide executive leadership across grants management, compliance, data systems, risk prevention, and program evaluation.

The role ensures stewardship of resources, quality improvement, and strong reporting to funders and stakeholders. The position oversees budgets, contracts, HMIS, and housing-related portfolios, driving efficient operations, policy implementation, and organizational effectiveness within the

• Ability to manage multiple areas of responsibility, prioritize demands, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and background check.

• Monitor budgets, submit reports, coordinate contract modifications, and maintain audit-ready records.
• Assist with grant applications by preparing narratives, gathering documentation, and developing project budgets.
• Develop and maintain systems for collecting, analyzing, and evaluating client and program data to measure outcomes.
• Oversee internal database (Bell Data Systems) and HMIS for data accuracy and reporting.
• Lead organizational quality improvement through data analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee contracts, leases, licenses, and agreements, including renewals and compliance deadlines.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen organizational systems and accountability.
