Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or strongly preferred; experience in grants administration is essential.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear funding processes and grant cycles.
• Strong written, verbal, and data-interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead grants administration, grantee support, compliance, evaluation, and grants data for Senior Fund.
• Translate strategic investment direction into funding processes and portfolios.
• Monitor grant lifecycle: guidelines, outreach, due diligence, review, agreements, payments, monitoring, reporting, renewal, closeout.
• Coordinate with Operations and Network Strategy on capacity building and policy.
• Develop reporting and evaluation approaches to support accountability and learning.
