Job summary

Rentvine, LLC. is seeking a Sr. Director of Onboarding to lead end-to-end implementation for Rentvine and PMW. You will design the operating model, pricing, and SOW framework, coordinating data migration, configuration, and go-live activities across products.

You will also own the cost-to-serve model, collaborate with Finance and Sales on margins, and build a scalable onboarding organization with strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services, implementation, or onboarding.
• Direct experience owning a services P&L or cost-to-serve model.
• Built or reshaped a pricing and packaging model for services.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead onboarding delivery for Rentvine and PMW across products.
• Own the implementation timeline from start to go-live and handoff to education.
• Model cost-to-serve by segment and package; design pricing tiers and packaging.
• Draft SOWs and govern scope approvals; maintain fast sales cycles without scope creep.
• Scale throughput via processes, tooling, and AI while managing headcount growth.
