Rentvine is seeking a Sr. Director to lead onboarding across our property management software products. You will own scope, data migration, configuration, and live go-lives, while shaping the commercial model—pricing, service tiers, and cost-to-serve—for a fast-growing platform.

You will build and lead a unified onboarding team, drive efficient processes, and partner with Finance, Sales, and Education to ensure seamless customer transitions.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in professional services, implementation, or onboarding, with 5+ leading leaders in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Direct experience owning a services P&L or cost-to-serve model with margin, utilization, and scope creep specifics.
• Built or reshaped a pricing and packaging model for services; not just executed against others.
• Comfortable writing and negotiating SOWs and setting guardrails for others.
• Experience integrating teams post-merger or post-reorg; able to discuss people-side handling.
• Data migration fluency; credible with technical teams and honest with customers.
• Runs clean handoffs across functions; owns a lifecycle stage and partners with an education team.
• Vertical SaaS or SMB-to-mid-market experience preferred; property management/real estate/fintech a plus.
• Track record of scaling output without proportional headcount growth.

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding delivery for Rentvine and PMW across products; unify teams into a single model.
• Own implementation timeline through go-live and handoff to customer education.
• Develop cost-to-serve modeling by segment and package.
• Design onboarding pricing and packaging; partner with Finance and Sales on approvals.
• Author SOW framework, manage scope approvals, and escalate non-standard deals.
• Scale throughput via process, tooling, and AI rather than headcount.
• Lead and develop managers across onboarding orgs; build bench strength.
