Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee Transportation, Warehouse, Outlet, and Retail Donation Centers. You will provide leadership, drive results, and shape strategy with the VP of Operations.

The role requires at least 7 years in warehouse operations/logistics, strong financial and people-management skills, and a proven ability to optimize processes and reduce costs while delivering excellent donor and customer service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' leadership experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Experience with Cal OSHA, DTSC, CalEPA, fire codes, and hazardous waste management.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transportation, Warehouse, Outlet, and RDC operations.
• Drive growth, cost savings, and process improvements.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and customer service quality.
• Develop and manage budgets and staffing with leadership.
• Collaborate with VP of Operations to set strategic goals.
