Qualifications

• Two years’ supervisory experience in retail sales or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general management and supervision principles, merchandising, pricing, and inventory control.
• Ability to write and speak effectively in English and communicate with customers, employees, and agency personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and supervise location personnel in line with agency policies.
• Maintain safe working environment and enforce safety policies.
• Assist in achieving daily sales and processing goals; monitor merchandising standards and rotation.
• Lead by example and manage schedules, reporting, and payroll tasks as needed.
• Handle customer, employee, and donor complaints fairly and promptly.
