Qualifications

12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a complex global org.
Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies enabling growth, transformation, and operational excellence.
Experience with enterprise apps, cloud, data/analytics, AI, automation, and modern digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technology advisor to Division President and Leadership Team.
Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that improve customer experience and efficiency.
Lead portfolio governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
