Job summary

Dispatch Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Director of IT and Business Enablement to own IT, applications, data governance, and security end-to-end. You will partner with scientific, clinical, regulatory, and finance leaders to translate needs into scalable technology and governance.

You will manage MSPs, drive enterprise tool strategy, ensure GxP compliance, and lead cost-effective cloud-based solutions for a growing clinical-stage biotech, with travel to San Francisco up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of IT leadership experience, with biotech/pharma exposure.
• Knowledge of GxP/GCP for electronic systems (CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+).
• Experience managing MSPs/third-party IT vendors and governance.
• Strategy and deployment of enterprise applications (HRIS, ERP, LIMS, quality systems).
• Cloud enablement for scientific/technical users; self-service and cost governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern IT and digital function end-to-end, including MSP oversight.
• Lead applications roadmap, governance, and tool adoption.
• Maintain security posture: IAM, endpoint protection, backups, disaster recovery.
• Ensure data integrity, CSV, and compliance under regulatory requirements.
• Partner with research and clinical teams to align IT with business needs.
• Oversee IT budgets and vendor relationships; travel to SF up to 25%.
